Arrive early to unwind in our Dedicated Medicating Area or enjoy a beverage from our Medicinal Menu to truly elevate your experience before the session.

Led by @moo_teee, this session is all about slowing down. Expect soft and slow movements designed to soothe the body, calm the mind, and help you sink into a state of total rest. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this night is for all levels.
